But instead, you're the one who feels they don’t understand YOUR body, mind and spirit, the information given to you feels “meh”, and you find yourself leaving each person with a list of things you “should” do if you want to stay healthy rather than ones you can do, or are motivated to do. No one focuses on your OPTIMUM health.

I simplify everything to make it possible for you to integrate specific lifestyle changes into your life for sustainable results FAST. I often get asked by women if it’s easy to recreate what I am doing within their own home. The answer is always YES - because otherwise there is no point.
I never suggest anything that isn’t going to be easily integrated into a busy lifestyle. I also get asked a lot - do you follow this lifestyle all the time? Again the answer is YES, because I have simplified my healthy lifestyle changes in order to lighten my stress load and enjoy my life as well as healing it. Let’s heal YOUR body with something exceptional.

Getting stuck listening to the things the google algorithm pushes to you about your health. Yes, we get it we need to be vegan, pegan, organic, nomadic & grounded or wait a minute…. actually should we be eating meat, do we fast or not? Meditate? Should we take supplements and if so which ones?
Feeling guilty that you cannot create the healthy lifestyle you know you want for yourself and your family. Feeling guilty every time you order a take away, or buy ultra processed foods because you don't have the time or knowledge to create healthier and tastier alternatives.

Work with me 1:1 on a coaching programme, hire me to prepare food specific to you and your family's health needs, likes/dislikes for the week ahead in your own kitchen (location dependent), or hire me to run a group masterclass.
